Date Change
Date change requests are subject to room availability. Extra charges may apply for weekends, holidays, peak season, or special package dates.
No-Show
If guests do not arrive on the booking date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as cancelled and no refund may be provided.
Activity Cancellation
Outdoor, water, and adventure activities may be cancelled due to weather, safety issues, water level, or government rules. Alternatives or adjustments may be provided depending on availability.
Refund Processing
